These terms apply when you use kartbling.com or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them.

1. Who we are

KartBling is operated by Digit Grove, GSTIN 33AAQFD8436K1ZZ, of 16, Subramaniam Nagar, Kolathur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600099. "We", "us" and "our" mean Digit Grove.

2. Using the site

You may browse without an account. To place an order you sign in with a Google account and verify your mobile number with a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account and phone secure, and for orders placed through them.

If you are under 18, please shop with a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the order.

3. Products, pictures and prices

• We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours can look different on different screens, and handmade or printed items vary slightly from piece to piece.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST.
• The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel that order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when your payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation.

We may cancel an order — and refund you in full — if an item turns out to be out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we have reason to believe the order is fraudulent. We will tell you if this happens.

Orders below ₹99 cannot be placed.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or supported wallets. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank login details.

We do not offer cash on delivery.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Refund & Exchange Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Our content

The KartBling name, logo, product photographs and the content of this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

8. Fair use

Please do not misuse the site — for example by trying to access other people's accounts or orders, interfering with how the site works, or placing orders you do not intend to pay for or receive.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for delivering the products you order, as described. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

11. Grievance Officer

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, you can raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
