This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use kartbling.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Digit Grove (GSTIN 33AAQFD8436K1ZZ), 16, Subramaniam Nagar, Kolathur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600099, which operates KartBling. Under the law we are the Data Fiduciary for your personal data.
When you sign in — your name, email address and profile photo, from your Google account.
When you check out — your mobile number, verified with a one-time code, and the delivery addresses you enter.
When you order — what you bought, the amounts, and the status of your payment. Payments are handled by Cashfree Payments: we never receive or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
When you contact us — the messages you send by email or WhatsApp.
When you browse — technical information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and roughly where you are browsing from. This is collected through cookies and similar tools by Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel (see Cookies below).
We do not sell your personal data.
Only with the companies we need to run the shop, and only what each one needs:

When you first visit, we ask whether you allow analytics and advertising cookies. Until you say yes, Google Analytics only counts visits without setting cookies, and the Meta Pixel does not run. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop sign-in and the cart from working.
KartBling is not meant to be used by anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us personal data without consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your data is stored on Google Cloud with access limited to the people who run the shop. Payments never pass through our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.
